Review guidelines

• Write about your own first-hand experience.
• Be specific: what happened, when and how it affected you.
• Attach evidence where you can; it speeds up moderation.
• Keep a professional, factual tone.

• Post personal data such as phone numbers, addresses or ID numbers.
• Make accusations you cannot support, or use hate speech and threats.
• Review a company or person you have no real relationship with.
• Offer or accept payment or favours for a review.

Submitted reviews are checked for integrity and moderated. Published reviews can be answered by the other side, and anyone named can open a dispute with evidence.
